At EmmPac, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to review return requests in accordance with the policy below.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- In new, resalable condition
Products that do not meet these criteria may be subject to reduced refunds or may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Return instructions will be provided once your request is reviewed.
Returned items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If a returned item is received in a condition that is not new, unopened, or resalable, EmmPac reserves the right to:
- Deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund, and/or
- Issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Condition-Based Refund Adjustments
Because many EmmPac products are packaging-related and may be unusable once opened, items that show signs of use, opening, or damage may result in:
- A reduced refund amount, or
- No refund if the product cannot be resold
Non-Returnable Items
At this time, EmmPac does not maintain a general list of non-returnable items. However, refunds may be denied if returned products do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
Special circumstances, such as product damage due to improper handling, storage, or temperature exposure after delivery, may affect return eligibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review and assist with resolution.
