Shipping Locations
EmmPac ships only within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- International destinations
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Available shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping rates are based on:
- Package size and weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Once an order has been placed, shipping method selections cannot be changed.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
EmmPac is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Packaging Products Disclaimer
EmmPac sells packaging and shipping materials, including products designed to help maintain temperature control for shipped goods.
EmmPac does not ship perishable, refrigerated, or temperature-sensitive contents. Customers are solely responsible for determining whether EmmPac products are suitable for their specific shipping applications and contents.
Shipping Responsibility & Risk of Loss
Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
If a package is lost or delayed in transit, customers may need to contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. EmmPac will provide reasonable assistance when possible.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Shipments
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to:
- Additional shipping charges
- Delayed refunds
- Deduction of shipping costs from any issued refund
Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us promptly so we can review the issue and assist as appropriate.
